NATURAL FEED ADDITIVE BINDER

The use of such Feed Addtive is beneficial for improving, among other characteristics,
the following:

1.- MYCOTOXIN BINDING ACTIVITY
It is very effective on most mycotoxins present in feedstuffs, such as Aflotoxin,
Zeralenone, etc. Most of the feeds contain different mycotoxins, which are prejudicial to
poultry and livestock It is very important to reduce its effects.

2.- LUBRICATION
When mixed properly in feeds, we obtain better pellet quality thanks to die lubrication,
because silicon dioxide content, with cleaner die openings producing higher quality
pellets and keep production working smoothly.

3 .- ABSORPTION OF MOISTURE
Its apsorption capacity allows to control humidity level in feeds and ingredients,
avoiding micro-organisms development. Faeces are more consistent and litter humidity
is controlled , so farms enviroment remains friendly and healthier.
Higher feed mash temperatures permits the pellet mill to operate more efficiently and
improve quality.

Appearance: small granulated fluid powder -Water absortion (westinghouse
method): 120-140%
Colour : Ivory-Beig -Oil absortion (Westinghouse method): 55-75%
Moisture: 5-10% -pH : 8.3-8.7
Bulk Density : 765-815 gr/lt -Particle size: 0.59-0.15 mm.

DOSAGE AND USES :
– 2 % inclusion in all feeds
– In premixes, as an inert carrier of vitamins and minerals.
