FUNGIKIT

PRODUCT DEFINITION:
FUNGIKIT is a mould inhibitor for animal feeds with a preventive action.

COMPOSITION:
FUNGIKIT is based on a combination of organic acids and their salts, which act in
synergism, giving the best possible mold inhibiting performance, under the various pH,
temeberature and moisture conditions.

-ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Propionic acid, 10%, Ammonium propionate, 12%, Acetic Acid,
2,5%
-INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Precipitated silica, 10%, Sepiolite q.s.

INDICATIONS:
FUNGIKIT is a feed preservative, protects the raw materials for animal nutrition and
compound feeds (even those under pelleted shape) from the proliferation of molds, yeasts
and bacteria, prevents the mycrotoxins production, inhibits the fermentation and
consequently the caking phenomenon and the loss of nutritive substances and, on
increasing the microbiological quality, improves the nutritive use of the feed with positive
effects on animal productivity.

DOSAGE AND USE:
It is recommended that 500 gr. of FUNGIKIT are incorporated in each tonne of animal
feed. This quantity can be increased up to 2 kg. per metric tonne of feed if the atmospheric
conditions to which the feed is exposed to are extreme.

PROPERTIES:
– FUNGIKIT is innocuous for the animal and for humans.
– Easy use in the form of non-corrosive powder, is combined with a double contact action
(solid- solid and gas-solid) with a limited production of irritating vapours.
– The pH of FUNGIKIT which is less than the average (5.42-7.30) of feed or their raw
materials, ensures the existance of high proportion of non-dissociated active acid.
– Low cost

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Grey colored powder.

STORAGE:
Keep partially used bags tightly closed.

STABILITY:
Two years after manufacturing date.

PACKING:
In 25 kg. multiwall paper bags with inner plastic bag.
